Hed (/hed/) feels hungry easily.
Instead of eating half a loaf of bread,
nowadays, he only has three slices a day.
He has (/hæz/) to exercise a lot.
He helps (/helps/) in the household chores (/ʧɔ:z/).
He feeds the hens for his mother
though he hates those hens a lot.
He always feels lazy and sleepy
when the weather is hot and humid (ˈhju:mId).
He loses all his sense of humour (/ˈhju:mə(r)/)
in such a condition of weather (/ˈweðə(r)/).

Hed feels humiliated (/hju:ˈmIlIeItId/)
when someone calls him ‘Fatty Hed’.
He knows he looks fat and huge for his age.
But he thinks it is hard and harsh (/hα:/)
to endure being teased in that manner.
He thinks he needs to discipline himself more.
He should climb up the hill at least once a week.
He should take part in hip-hop dance to slim down.
He can have hip-hop at home (/hǝum/).
He can hit sandbags to trim off.
He can play hockey (/ˈhʊkI/) with his friends.
He should cultivate good habits (/ˈhæbIts/).
He really need some hobbies
 to keep his mind off the food.
