how to make jelly very well.
Page likes to watch her making jelly (ˈʤelI)
and wishes he could make for himself one day.

how to make milk jelly.
But he just cannot make the jelly
have the taste he wishes.
Page’s ambition is to become a chef (/ef/) one day.
Ruich, Page’s mum makes jam (ʤæm), too

She grinds fruit juice (/ʤu:s/)
three times a week for the family.

Page always quips saying, “ We do not need to go

Page (/peIʤ/) wishes he could have jam, jelly, sandwiches
and fruit juice every day.
Ruich, his mum, tries to teach him to make each kind
when she has a chance (/ʧα:ns/).
She always says it is good for a boy
to be a real chef full-time or part-time.

Skitch, Page’s dad has kept an ostrich called Twitch.
He never keeps Twitch, the ostrich in a cage.
Twitch, the ostrich is always free
to move about within the compound.
Skitch always says,
 “You need to have rich knowledge (/ˈnɒlIʤ/)
to keep an ostrich.”

of a domestic pet.

Page wishes he had a chance to go camping.                                       
He thinks crossing the overhanging bridge is exciting.
Pitching the tent at the edge (/eʤ/)
of the forest is fun, too.

He and Richard believe there are witches
living in caves somewhere in the forest.
They can switch from one form to another easily.
They can fly about freely.
Page thinks it such an adventure (/ǝdˈvenʧǝ(r)/) to reach there.
He often imagines (/IˈmæʤIn/) of meeting the Seven Dwarfs
like Snow White.
He has the itch to wear like a witch to roam about.
He likes to play the juggler (/ˈʤLglǝ(r)/) at times.
He is such an imaginative (IˈmæʤInətIv) boy.
